Kari Everson, our founder and lead consultant, created EverCare to provide support and help nursing professionals provide empathetic, respectful long-term care solutions. An experienced healthcare professional herself, Kari understands the complexities and challenges of long-term care and tailors her recommendations to support the unique needs of each of her clients.
Kari strongly believes that long-term senior care isn’t just another sub-field of healthcare, but a critical specialty in and of itself. Through a strong educational foundation and real-world experience, EverCare equips healthcare professionals and long-term care specialists with the skills and support they need to make a profound impact on their residents and help older adults live happy, fulfilling lives.
